I purchased the sofa and arm chair in July 2023 and I received it in September 2023. Love the color (Custom color) and the style. Within a month, however, the leather was wrinkled on the seat and back of the arm chair. I told the business I purchased it from and they sent a technician who immediately identified the problem. It is poor quality foam and sitting on it made the foam compress thus making the leather wrinkle. I have a 3 month old arm chair that looks like it has been sat on for a few years. Waiting to see what will happen now. I had told the company that I wanted a firm sofa and armchair. Will see what happens, but it seems to be a regular thing as the technician knew what the problem was right away. Not impressed with Deco-Rest at this point. Let's hope they honor their products. Follow up: Deco-rest came through! Dufresne was not very responsive or helpful regarding this and I had to go through them. Deco-Rest worked with me to help get this solved with Dufresne who were quite resistant in helping me. Thank you Sandy!
