Creative Impressions designed, installed, and planted our backyard garden patio in 5 days. It is just perfect. We spent every summer morning and afternoon enjoying our new patio. We are in a very new area and we were the first to landscape our backyard. Our neighbours told us it was just perfect. Thank you Gary.

We were very impressed by the quality and timeliness of Creative Impressions. We had them come out and landscape our backyard a couple of years ago and were extremely happy with the finished product. Great workmanship and attention to detail. We were so happy we called them back this year to do our interlock driveway and front yard landscaping and again we were impressed with the finished product and the price. At the time, my neighbor was also looking for her yard to be re-landscaped and after seeing Creative Impressions' work on my property, she immediately hired them. She is also another happy customer. Not recommended - bad after service, bad communication, bad workmanship. We strongly regret hiring Gary and company for the lack of professionalism and accountability mostly on the owner's behalf. They claim to be doing pools now - they are not a pool contractor. They can hardly landscape as a landscape contractor. What does that tell you?

Substandard work. Poor communication. Everything starting to fall apart as years progress. Impossible to schedule meeting to discuss concerns. Would never want them back to do anything on our property again.

Job looked pretty good when it was first completed but unfortunately some details were missed and within a few months things started falling apart. Called for rectification but issues were not addressed for over 2 years. Things were not completed to our satisfaction. Does not seem to care, does not take accountability for bad product.

The process of working with Gary was very agreeable during the sales process. When it came time to do the job, they started very close to the time agreed upon. We didn't have clear plans for the project, but were told that "we would work it out as we go". This was our mistake(next time we will have a proper scope of work). We felt he rushed through the project to move on to the next. It took a long time and many calls to finish up the loose ends on the project. In the end he re-sodded about 80% of the front yard, which looked ridiculous. In the end we are somewhat happy with the way it turned out, but the process was very stressful and unfulfilling.
