We used Craftsman shutters over the years and were quite happy to use again. The company changed owners and the service went downhill. No pride in workmanship. They installed shutters and left a mess behind. They measured windows wrong and could not complete install. They did not close gaps around frames. They installed wrong colour blind. When trying to address the issue Adrienne was unable to come to a mutually agreed upon solution. They also damaged our kitchen can I try and bedroom wall. Not happy will never recommend to anyone.

Hi Natalie & Kevin :) First off, I would like to correct you, in that Craftsman Shutters has had the same owner since the beginning of time & over 25 years now. We take pride in all that we do from cradle to grave & have even had the same installer since day one who has not wavered in his exemplary workmanship. Prior to placing your order for the blinds an email was sent to Kevin with not only a quote outlining the details but as well 2 photos (1 with flash, 1 without so you could clearly see the colour) with a pointer indicating your colour choice or rather that of your parents since neither you nor Kevin were present for the consultation OR install. Despite my attempts to satisfy you during my personal time, on my personal cellphone, during dinner hour it was concluded that you were not willing to accept my offer to refund you for simply the blind portion as that was the main issue at hand. I'm sorry you feel as though your needs were not met & welcome you to contact us for further resolution. Wishing you & yours a very Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!
