I had friends who recommended Craftsman. I went to their showroom/factory and was given a tour by Chris showing how they make their shutters. A few days later Wayne came over and gave me a quote to install shutters on all my windows & one patio door. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and explained their products and timelines and warranty. He gave me some recommendations. Delivery & installation were done within weeks. One window required a blind and it was a bit of a problem installing it but Wayne came up with a creative solution to make it work. Their customer service was great. I am very pleased with my shutters.

I first spoke to Indira who was very nice and explained the different types of testing. I was not sure if I had a mold issue but wanted to know for sure if I did. Bill came to my house and did a very thorough inspection of the different areas that I thought might be mold. He was very patient and answered all of my many questions as I did not know a lot about mold but I know a lot more now thanks to Bill. It turned out that I did not have a mold issue which I was happy to hear. If I ever do have an issue with mold I would certainly call them again.

Kevin sprayed my house inside in Feb. for carpenter ants and now they are gone. He came back today to do the outside areas which is included in the one year guarantee. He is a very courteous and nice guy and always punctual. He explains everything to you so you know what to expect. I would highly recommend him. Carol in Pickering July 14, 2011
