When we had to replace our furnace we stumbled upon Cozy World Inc. on Home Stars. We called in for a cost estimate and received a quick and polite response. Appointment was scheduled shortly after. Boris arrived at our home, inspected the old furnace, and provided us with a clear and detailed quote. Although we have made up our mind about the furnace that we wanted he took his time to explain the differences between applicable options. After this conversation we were even happier with our final choice.
What we enjoyed the most is how knowledgeable and accommodating Boris was. As it was a first furnace change for us Boris took his time to walk us through the installation process. There was no sense of pressure to make a decision nor did we feel that the visit was a sales call.
The entire installation took ~3 hours, and the crew did a fantastic job. After finishing and cleaning up, they gave a few tips on potential maintenance, good places to get the right air filters, etc. Finally, Boris very promptly helped with application for the Ontario heating incentive (rebate) for our new furnace.
Bottom line: great work, thorough and courteous crew, great overall experience.
