I had a time-sensitive issue around Christmas time: squirrels settled under roof solar panels and could be heard digging ferociously into the shingles for several days. Despite the holiday season, the weather, and fairly sizeable project the team solved the issue within a week from first conversation. From estimate to completion the crew kept me updated and answered all of my questions. The final results of the work are simply outstanding - from quality and appearance perspective. I'm satisfied with the side gate that the team set up. The design and quality of the build actually exceeded my expectation; perfect alignment, fit, and finish. The old gate was removed and new one put up quickly on the same day. Everything was left clean and tidy. Thanks Alex, great work!

This is a second project that I've done with New Dawn, and the team continues to impress. The work included installing a new 60 Amp breaker, running a 50 ft conduit from electrical panel to garage, and installing a Tesla Charger inside the garage. The team did a very quick quote, and the project was very well coordinated from start to finish, including IESO inspection. The installation was quick, very clean, and the team even made some tweaks to older wiring to bring it up to code. Very satisfied, and would definitely recommend New Dawn.

New Dawn did a great job with my residential solar MicroFIT project. The project took about 5 months start-to-finish (delayed somewhat to accommodate re-shingling of the roof with another provider), and the team managed overall execution quite well. From design to installation, Nani and the team did an impressive and professional job. There are 2 points of feedback that I wish to share, and apart from those my rating would be a full 11 out of 10 :), so I hope the team will look into these in the future to improve the service: 1. Review and inspect the quality and outcome of the installation more thoroughly. There were a couple of issues that weren't noticed after installation, one of which could result in significant risk to the roof over time. I wish a personal inspection by more senior staff or at least review of pictures afterwards took place. If I hadn't insisted on installers taking pictures on my camera throughout the process, it would have been left unnoticed. 2. Better coordination with and communication to the client. Despite the team being undoubtedly knowledgeable about overall process and potential risks/delays, I as a customer felt a bit in the dark about upcoming steps, necessary paperwork or deadlines, having to actively follow up to stay informed. Overall the final system operates really well, and I'm very satisfied with the aesthetics and the outcome. Thanks Nani and New Dawn for a job well done!

Was happy to do repeat business with Zenic, this time to top up insulation in a roof section without attic access. Once I coordinated timing with a roofing company to create access, the team completed the job very quickly and with quality. Very friendly and professional. Thank you!

From quote to installation had great experience with the team at Cutting Edge Roofing. Needed to replace cracking ~12 yo shingles. Started with a few quotes; this team stood out with a good price and quality recommendations on improving overall roofing system - e.g. moving vents up, avoiding ridge vents with a low-pitched roof, and a few other tidbits. Had pretty much the opposite experience with other (well-reviewed!) installers, so this was an easy choice. The team also accommodated an insulation contractor to do a top-up at a roof section without attic access. The team completed the job very quickly, 5 hours start to finish, and left the site in pristine condition. Roof looks stunning. Thanks guys!

When we had to replace our furnace we stumbled upon Cozy World Inc. on Home Stars. We called in for a cost estimate and received a quick and polite response. Appointment was scheduled shortly after. Boris arrived at our home, inspected the old furnace, and provided us with a clear and detailed quote. Although we have made up our mind about the furnace that we wanted he took his time to explain the differences between applicable options. After this conversation we were even happier with our final choice. What we enjoyed the most is how knowledgeable and accommodating Boris was. As it was a first furnace change for us Boris took his time to walk us through the installation process. There was no sense of pressure to make a decision nor did we feel that the visit was a sales call. The entire installation took ~3 hours, and the crew did a fantastic job. After finishing and cleaning up, they gave a few tips on potential maintenance, good places to get the right air filters, etc. Finally, Boris very promptly helped with application for the Ontario heating incentive (rebate) for our new furnace. Bottom line: great work, thorough and courteous crew, great overall experience.
