I hate to write a negative review, but I had a pretty bad experience and all my attempts at resolution have failed.

I had a brand new power-vented water heated installed in Sept, so far so good. I went on vacation for 10 days, and came back to some pretty chilly weather. I checked my furnace and my furnace wasn't firing up.

So I called my furnace guy and he came only to find that the folks who installed my water heater forgot to turn the gas on to my furnace. Of course I was upset, but gave Cosmopolitan the benefit of the doubt (and you know what, everyone makes mistakes).

All I wanted now was for them to refund the $120 I spent having my furnace guy come in a turn the gas back on (I didn't bring up the fact that my pipes could have frozen, or that my 2 kids slept in the cold for days while we tried to get someone in to look at the furnace. Also, apparently you can damage your furnace trying to run it w/o gas flowing through).

Anyway, I've called over 6 times now, and used the live chat to no avail.

I'm out another $120.

Would not recommend.
