Tom killed it (as usual). He came the next day after I asked for the install, he installed everything quickly, has various ways you can pay him and was in and out quickly. I'm only calling Tom for all my lock needs.
Valentin is amazing. He answers questions promptly (even if it's just his free advice), he's punctual and his work is top-notch. He'll even tell you when the job would be easier done if you did it yourself :) Definitely on my go to list :)

Jason is amazing. Do not pass up on having Jason help you out around the house on odd jobs (we gave him a huge list that he finished in 1-2 days) or even larger jobs that might take up to a week. Not only is he thorough, he even is offering us a refund of 10% of the cost because he was not satisfied with the results. Amazing

When something doesn't turn out quite the way my clients or I expect - it should be corrected to the best standard possible and a discount applied - it's not always about dollars & cents - contractors forget that. The bottom line is a happy client. Always.

I had a brand new power-vented water heated installed in Sept, so far so good. I went on vacation for 10 days, and came back to some pretty chilly weather. I checked my furnace and my furnace wasn't firing up. So I called my furnace guy and he came only to find that the folks who installed my water heater forgot to turn the gas on to my furnace. Of course I was upset, but gave Cosmopolitan the benefit of the doubt (and you know what, everyone makes mistakes). Cosmopolitan couriered me a cheque to cover the $120 :)
