Gus has been servicing our property for the last 15 years. He comes at anytime on short notice and even on statutory holidays. Hes completed so many plumbing projects for us over the years. Every time he is pleasant, professional, and honest. We appreciate his work ethic and efficiency with our plumbing needs.

Trustworthy, informative, excellent work and fast response. I love that Gus will come to my house, look at the problem, and then let me know if there is something I can do to fix the problem, or if its better that he does it. He is very good at explaining the issues and looking for the right solution taking my budget into consideration. I highly recommend him and his firm.

Rapid response and reliable service to reroute a pipe and reconnect our sink after kitchen counter replacement. We were only without a sink for 2 days.

I had a blockage in the kitchen sink if my apartment. Gus was there within the hour and had the sink clear in just a few minutes. Best deal you can get in the city.

Had a faucet with very low pressure, and I knew who to call since Gus had fixed my leaky kitchen sink last summer. I called Gus (during the holidays, mind you) and he came first thing the next morning. He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and charming too! I trust him to tell me the truth about a repair. Excellent plumber, fast response, and very reasonable rates.

My issue was relatively minor (a shutoff valve that wouldn't close), but I knew who to call because Gus had helped me with the much trickier installation of a new kitchen faucet a few years back. I trust his expertise and also appreciate that he explains what he's doing/why it's necessary. He's also personable and won't gouge you. I will definitely be calling him again in the future and would recommend him wholeheartedly.

I am beyond satisfied with my experience with City Plumbing and Drains. I can not put into words the satisfaction I have with this company. On Saturday my kitchen sink unexpectedly wouldn't drain which led my dishwasher to back up as well. In a house with three children and no dishwasher I was starting to panic! Not to mention the kitchen sink is the most used space in a house. I contacted Gus and Jesse that Saturday and Sunday morning at 9:30am they were at my house and had the problem fixed! Their service exceeded my expectations. Knowledgeable, friendly, fast and efficient and affordable!! !. I HIGHLY recommend City Plumbing and Drains to anyone experiencing plumbing issues.

I experienced a back up of sewage in my downstairs bathtub and then a backup in my downstairs toilet due to tree roots penetrating my main drain pipe. Gus and Jesse were able to spot the source of the problem without having to dig and replace any pipes in the ground when other companies were telling me that a replacement was needed. They were honest, personable, efficient, knowledgeable and explained the process in detail and even showed me where the roots were by camera which they were then able to cut using the appropriate tools. Their integrity and expertise not only solved the problem but saved me a lot of time,
money and future concerns. I wholeheartedly trust Gus and Jesse to do any kind of plumbing jobs after my experience with them. They come highly recommended!!!
