I wanted to give you some feedback on the outstanding replacement of all the windows in our home by Casa Bella. It was a really big job and I cannot recommend Casa Bella highly enough!

From the moment we met Ronnie we were impressed by his manner, professionalism, knowledge and will to answer all our questions and demonstrate the Casa Bella products. He went out of his way to discuss the windows and allay any concerns we had. His manner was honest and refreshing compared to any of the previous companies we had met and we felt confident in his knowledge and concern for his clients. Thank you Ronnie! During the installation, Ronnie also continually stayed in contact with us to ascertain how things were proceeding and whether we had any concerns. This is indeed beyond the experience I have had with any other construction company.

The installation of the windows was seamless and outstanding. I would like to say a really big thank you to Casa Bella’s amazing crew who spent 6 days installing multiple windows at our home. Kyle, Josh, Mikey and Manny are outstanding. They are courteous, considerate, they clean up consistently after their installations and their workmanship is impeccable. Any concerns or questions I had were addressed immediately and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied every step of the way. Even if an extra piece of metal or wood needed attention, they observed all the details and replaced it in the best way possible. I have Never had such a positive experience with a construction crew!

It is important to know:
1. These men are extremely skilled at what they do
2. We had installations during the COVID 19 pandemic. They wore masks, socially distanced from us and made sure each member of their staff and well as their clients who needed to stay at home were safe at all times.
3. They clean up really well so any dust is limited.
4. They protected any surrounding floors or items in my home and believe me I am pretty fussy.
5. They are courteous and considerate and tried to make the work in our home as convenient to us as possible
6. I have never met such outstanding contractors and would highly recommend each one!
7. They brought in additional men when needed to speed things along. I am not sure of their names but they were helpful and excellent too.

All in all Casa Bella windows and Doors are outstanding in terms of service, installation , reliability and care for their clients. They make a difficult job seamless, easy and effective

We would not hesitate to recommend them or use their services again

Windows and doors is a huge investment and can be overwhelming to decide which company to use. After reading many many reviews and finally a recommendation from a friend, I chose Casa Bella. From sales to installation, German and Billy's installation team exemplified true professionalism and customer care. German is very knowledgeable and absolutely no pressure sales at all. Very much appreciated!

Billy's installation team are all polite, considerate and accommodating. They were punctual every morning and cleaned up well everyday before leaving. I am happy with the quality and installation of the windows and doors. There are a couple of small items I'm waiting on to be rectified and I'm confident that their service department will be just as friendly and efficient as the rest of the staffing.

Highly recommend using Casa Bella. You will not regret it!

We had our side door replaced by Casa Bella Windows and Doors recently. From the very beginning, German and the team were all great to work with and very professional. Everything happened right on schedule. The crew that installed our door was quick and kept everything neat a clean. We're loving our new side door, and will definitely use Casa Bella Windows and Doors in the future!

Replaced our old double-hung windows with architectural vinyl in black with horizontal mullions. Casa Bella were very accommodating around the design, and the installation went smoothly. House is warmer and quieter, and the windows have made a huge positive difference to the look of our house inside and out.

Casement windows and the door were installed with great team work and communication by the four gentlemen from Casa Bella. How they set up and prepared for our instalments gave us confidence with their craftsmanship. They simply added quality to our home and they are a company that should be looked upon when having any windows, doors or locks installed. Due to an unfortunate incident we had to replace the Main door of the house. Without any further thinking we visited our favorite Casa Bella for the job as that they had replaced all our windows & Main door in the past (previous home). Casa Bella did not disappoint us and our faith in them.
Although the staff have moved, the service stays the same. Thank you German & his crew who right from day 1 of taking down the order till the installation treated it as if it’s their home. The suggested door is better than the replaced one and the service was the best as ever.
