We can't say enough good things about Casa Bella Windows. German was wonderful to deal with and very helpful throughout the process. The price was better than other quotes we received. The crew, led by Bill, was very friendly and professional and considerate, and left the work space cleaner than they found it each day. And we are really please with the look of the windows and the carpentry work on the trim. We highly recommend Casa Bella!

We recently got our home windows replaced by Casa Bella and it was an extremely positive experience! We were very pleased with the entire process, from the very first sales estimate request call to the last window installation.
Our Sales Account Manager, Ronnie, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He made the decision to go with Casa Bella an easy one. He was very timely in his responses and really trustworthy, which is critical when working with a company on a project like this. Your home is your sanctuary and you need to be able to trust the people that are going to be working in it. We knew we were in good hands with our Sales Manager and knew that he would make sure the job was completed with high quality excellence.
We were also very happy with the installation crew. Kyle, Manny and Pat were great guys. They were timely, efficient, focused, courteous and friendly. And they answered any questions we had along the way. Also, our three young kids were home during the project and we felt so comfortable having the crew around the family.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Casa Bella. They turned a potentially stressful situation into a pleasant and enjoyable one. We felt heard and cared for at each step of the project, and we are very pleased with our new windows. They look AMAZING and we felt an immediate difference in the warmth of our home. We love our home even more and we're really enjoying our new & updated space because of Casa Bella.

So far I don't have anything to complain about. Good quality and good service all around

My bedroom had a double door that opened into the room and had deteriorated over time, causing leaks and drafts. Casa Bella recommended replacing the double doors with a sliding door. This change gave me more versatility, allowing me to slide open the door when I wanted to have fresh air but does does not take up space in the room. When Casa Bella came to install the door they were clean, courteous, and professional. I could not be happier.
