We were looking for some new appliances for our house which is currently being built. I've been shopping online for quotes, comparing prices at various department stores, big box stores and various appliance specific stores.
Debbie from Caplan's provided us with a quote that other stores were unable or reluctant to match. We almost used the quote to buy our appliances at a department store, but then the staff at the department store gave us a hard time and we decided to go visit with Debbie.
Debbie showed us all of the appliances that we were quoted on, demonstrated the functionality and went through the different specifications. We told her about items we were looking for and she was able to provide something better and cheaper than we had priced out.
On top of that, we settled on a price that was over $1,000 less than what she had initially quoted us due to some in-store promotions and based on stock that they had on hand.
Needless to say, our experience was great and we'd recommend this to all of our friends and family.
