We were looking for some new appliances for our house which is currently being built. I've been shopping online for quotes, comparing prices at various department stores, big box stores and various appliance specific stores. Debbie from Caplan's provided us with a quote that other stores were unable or reluctant to match. We almost used the quote to buy our appliances at a department store, but then the staff at the department store gave us a hard time and we decided to go visit with Debbie. Debbie showed us all of the appliances that we were quoted on, demonstrated the functionality and went through the different specifications. We told her about items we were looking for and she was able to provide something better and cheaper than we had priced out. On top of that, we settled on a price that was over $1,000 less than what she had initially quoted us due to some in-store promotions and based on stock that they had on hand. Needless to say, our experience was great and we'd recommend this to all of our friends and family.

We decided to have Home Outfitters as one of our gift registries for our wedding. The staff at Home Outfitters were very knowledgeable and friendly and provided numerous suggestions on what to put on our list. They suggested the Cuisinart Grill and Griddle as a wise investment and I must say that it has probably been one of the most used wedding gifts we have received. I have been constantly cooking burgers, hot dogs, corn, salmon, steaks, meat, meat and more meat. Sometimes starting up the BBQ takes too much time, and in the winter it's just too cold. The Cuisinart Grill and Griddle is just the best appliance to compliment the BBQ.

I've been shopping around for a memory foam mattress topper for almost a year now. I've shopped online looking for a 3" topper at a decent price including shipping. At the CNE, one vendor was selling a 2" topper for $250. Online, some vendors are selling toppers for $150+shipping, and for the weight of the topper, it just isn't worth it. One day I walked into Costco and they had a Sleep Innovations 3" Queen size memory foam mattress topper on sale for approximately $109, reduced from $140. I quickly threw one into the shopping cart knowing that my satisfaction was guaranteed. If I didn't like how it felt or was not happy with the topper at any point, I'm positive that I could take it back to any Costco with my receipt and get my money back. I have had lower back problems for years, but I can't afford to spend $1000+ for a decent foam mattress. The Sleep Innovations 3" mattress topper has been a back saver, and I sleep better now than I ever have.
