I took the little time I had out of my schedule to drive over there and they were closed for most of the day with a note posted on the door but their hours online and answering machine say otherwise. Next day I go back to make a return and get charged a restocking fee of 25% for tiles that were loose ends.

I bought gorgeous handmade tile. The service was excellent and attentive. They allowed me to keep the sample board while waiting for the tile to arrive so I could design the fireplace and match other elements of the room. Great selection. I will definitely be back. No complaints.
