I needed to store items from my garage for 6 months. Phoned Keepsafe and was told it would be 69.00 per/mo. plus tax. When I was presented with the bill it lists the 69.00 per mo. and then there is a 75.00 move-in charge& a 75.00 move out charge & a 30.00 loading charge& a 15.00 waiting time charge. I was also charged later with a 45.00 charge for what I don't know and then another 69.00 for not giving 30 days written notice to get my stuff back, when the initial contract said 6 months. And then my final invoice which I requested via fax had also charged me 7 months instead of six. The man who came is exceptionally rude. I ended up paying almost 810.00 for 6 months storage.

The project took way to long to complete and they ended up charging almost $10,000 more than their initial estimate. They also damaged our kitchen floor and never told us about it.

Very knowledgable and friendly staff. Tiles were just what we wanted and were there when we were ready for them. They also have great design ideas and can steer you in the right direction when it comes to choosing the right product.
