Bin There Dump That

I called some other bin companies and none would deliver in an alleyway. BTDT was more than accommodating. The owner even came out to see the location I wanted to use, the waste I was dumping, and he recommended the bin size. As the drop off rate was the same for a the biggest vs smaller, it doesn't matter to him which I choose. However it was great that he came to see the space and assured the large bin would fit (in my alleyway and all of my waste). Pick up was prompt. I would use them again.

A few neighbours decided to join me in ordering a disposal bin to get rid of junk we all had in the garage, basement, etc. Bin There Dump That gave us a fantastic customer service experience, right from the first phone call for a quote. Lisa was polite and friendly and gave us a very competitive price. The bin showed up on time and was clean and nicely painted. The back doors opened so we could walk the heavy stuff in. They even put these wood boards down on the driveway before dropping the bin so the driveway wouldn't get scratched.

The price was right, and when the three of us split the cost it was really inexpensive!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are sort of like the "Tim Hortons" of junk removal.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Bin There Dump That. Marc was very generous with his allowing me to keep the bin longer without charging any premiums. I had explained to Marc that I had wanted the bin for a bit longer than the normal time of a week as I had a few timing issues with some demo projects in the house. Marc said to keep the bin as long as needed to get the project done.

I was also pleased with how prompt they were at delivering and retrieving the bins. Pricing seemed to be on par with all the other companies. I would absolutely recommend this company.

As the writer of the previous, very positive review on Homestars for Bin There Dump That I was sorely disappointed the second time they came. I was replacing the roof of my garage, a project i was working on alone, when I called the company. They sent a bin which arrived around 12 and then said I had to have the bin full as they were going to come pick it up in two hours due to parking issues, all of which could have been easily solved via some communication. At that point I still had more roof removal to do and only had the bin about 1/3 full when they came to pick it up, and was left with about a third of my roof still on the ground. I ended up leaving a message with the company afterward expressing my disappointment with there service. After having upsold me to a larger bin earlier in the morning, I heard nothing back except a reciept in the mail for the full cost of the bin, - no note, not apologies, nothing. Very disappointing.

Bin There Dump That. Funny name, and great service. After not expecting much from a dumpster company they came through with great service, and for 5 dumpsters. They dealt with some parking issues, and odd timing with no problem at all. Billing was fair and reasonable.
