I bought a couch set with 3 pieces. They sold me a 5 year warranty and three years in the recliner broke. After chasing around, they finally sent me to Zucora. The company that handles the warranties apparently. A year and a half later, a technician showed up and said the damage was not fixable and they would need to replace the couch. The couch was replaced by a smaller piece of different color that does not match the set.
Never buying from Bad Boys again and will seek legal guidance on this.
