We placed an order on September 5th, there was no indication on the website that the item was not in stock. We emailed shortly after asking when delivery would be arranged, someone called and said 2-3 weeks. We called back when this timeline was not met and were told again 2-3 weeks. When that timeline was yet again not met we called again and were told the same thing. After 10 weeks the person on the phone, who was the only one we spoke to that seemed to care, said that we were not included in the next delivery and admitted that every employee we spoke to before us were intentionally misleading about the date. It has now been over 12 weeks, still no delivery. We called for a cancellation and refund and the woman on the phone was very rude. Tried to claim a week refused a refund and when we asked for a manager she hung up on us. Its over a 30- minute wait every time you call. They clearly oversell their items and do not care about customers. Avoid ordering from them at all costs unless you want to deal with a lengthy credit card dispute.
