We hired AtlasCare to install a new furnace as we were upgrading from oil to gas. AtlasCare managed the entire process from start to finish. The sales team was very knowledgeable and the installation crew was excellent. Everyone did a great job. Overall, it was a very good experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to change their furnace or any other HVAC related service.

Our semi-annual service was completed by Eric. He was completely professional and very thorough and met my full expectations. Eric also arranged for an additonal service directly with their service department saving me the time to make this appointment. We have been customers of AtlasCare for over20 years & have always been impressed with their professional service.

We had moved into our 80 house and found out that there was no heat to one of our bedrooms on the 2nd floor. We contacted several companies but many never called us back and some were downright rude on the phone. Gus from Atlas care came by last year in October of 2010 and took a look at the problem and gave suggestions on how to rectify the problem. We scheduled another inspection with an 'expert' in duct work from Atlas and when he came, he worked with me on a plan on re-routing ductwork from the furnace in the basement, up through the floor in the living room corner, up through a hall way closet on the 2nd floor, up into the attic and dropped from the ceiling into the room without heat. We decided this was the best option cosmetically and in terms of practicality. He also installed a return air for the 2nd floor and that has made a big difference in the winter and summer in terms of airflow. Service was done in 8hrs. They lined my house with red rubberized carpet to prevent damage to our floors and cleaned up after the project. Quick and painless and now we have heat in our bedroom! My only minor issue with AltasCare was that they charged me an hourly fee (2hrs - I think it was $150) to 'cut and fabricate' the metal for the ducts. This was never mentioned up front and appeared on the final bill on the last day. Not sure if this was a money grab at the end of the job, but I paid it since the final product was very good. I suggest you ask for any fees upfront, as should be the case with all contractors. Otherwise, I am pleased with AtlasCare and will contact Gus once we need our furnace replaced or repaired.

Eric was extremely professional and very thorough. He established a good rapport since he services this area. Very satisfied. He also called the service department on my behalf to set up a service call for another issue so I wouldn't have to. Before that he was in touch with a serviceman to try to resolve the issue by phone but he determined a service call was needed.

Needed to pay for new A/C filter. The $29.36 is a monthly fee and the filter was not covered, cost $67.66. Serviceman Steve Woods arrived on time, used overshoes. He was unobtrusive, polite, timely, professional.

My annual service was completed by Eric to my full expectations which is not surprising as I have used AtlasCare for many years & have always been impressed with their professional service.

Serviceman Nimo was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions in detail and never made me feel rushed. He gave me advice so I would save money in the long run and even did more than was expected. I would definitely recommend Nimo to even the most demanding customers.

I have been with Atlas for over 5 years - service is wonderful, staff is knowledgeable and always courteaous. There is concern when a problem arises and their goal is always to fix it. Service is the best I have evr experienced!!!

Always have our annual furnace/AC tune-ups done by Altas. Our service tech, Jeff, is always VERY prompt, thorough and provides good info on preventative measures. Cares out his work efficiently and in a timely manner.

Fabulous service and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Booking the appt was a breeze. They offered me a variety of dates and times. Ardi and Dave explained every step of the process to me and gave me some helpful tips. I was very impressed that they immediately put on their shoe covers when they entered my home.
