We have the heating and maintainence plan and we always get seasonal checks on the furnace and air cond. The appts are flexible and the service technicians are extremely kind, polite and efficient. Customer Service calls YOU to set up the appt so there is nothing you have to remember!

I have been very impressed with the service since signing up with Atlas Care. The service technician who did the work today also did my furnace maintenance a few months ago. He is not only an very nice, polite, and competent individual but thorough and excellent in his work. In addition he doesn't rush and is very helpful in explaining what he is doing and what to avoid when I ask questions. And I often ask too many questions .

The technician, Eric, came to my house on time and was very pleasant and informative. The tune up was done efficiently and professionally.

Our 22 year old furnace broke down in late November, a bad time of year as it was just starting to get cold. AtlasCare tried to fix it but this did not work so they suggested a new one. I thought that it would take weeks to organize but they fit me in on their next No Heat Saturdays - an emergency service for those with no heating - and installed the furnace in about 5 hours. Gus, Macleod, and Neil were great - very polite and efficient. They had to break up the old furnace as it would not fit through the furnace room door - a lot of extra work at no extra cost. By 2pm I had heat again which was great as a day before I was living in 54 degrees F - a bit chilly. Thanks to all at AtlasCare for a great job. And I will get a rebate from the government's energy efficiency program as I have a high efficiency furnace.

Highly Recommended. We called Atlas Care when our old furnace stopped working. They responded right away and the same day a technician came to inspect the furnace. He and the sales man Jeff were very nice and professional. As the decision was made to replace both furnace and air conditioner they gave us a precise quote with all costs included and even left us two heaters to help heat the house. In two days we had the new furnace and air conditioner installed. The installers were friendly, professional and informative and they did a great job. Atlas Care is also taking care and speeding the process with the rebates. This is a great company that provides an excellent service overall.

We decided to continue the service contract which the previous owner of our home recommended. The service man(Nemo) arrived ready to work, with the correct tools and even furnace filters.Noticing that a ceiling bulb was burnt out, he changed the bulb for me before beginning his work.
He was efficient, very personable and knowledgeable. We are very happy customers and will continue to call AtasCare with any problems we encounter.

I recently had a problem with my furnace. My call was answered promptly and Dag was the one to come to diagnose and fix the problem. He was able to quickly determine what was wrong and promptly and efficiently fixed it. I have always been very pleased with the service I have received from Atlascare.

I had my annual furnace cleaning and inspection today. The technician, Nimo, was most courteous and highly professional. He was able to answer all of my questions about my furnace and he offered basic, sound advice for good maintenance.
