I called for service because my AC wasn’t working. The service dept. was very accommodating in sending out a tech when I’d be home. The tech was quick to diagnose the problem and was helpful in explaining my options. He even helped me sort through old receipts to figure out what service coverage I have on which units.
A sales rep came the next day to give me a quote in case we choose to replace rather than repair. The person in parts ascertained how quickly a new part could be obtained, and the head of the service department called me to further discuss the best course of action. They all went beyond the call of duty.
