Had another very good experience with Atlas Care. Really like the email and text confirmation received the day before reminding me of the appointment. Add to that, on the day of the service, received an email and text advising the technician was on his way, some background information on Jordan and his picture. A nice touch that set us up well for the visit.
Jordan, the technician was great - friendly, made sure he was clear on what I expected and then went about his work efficiently and effectively. He answered all questions I had including one about a setting on the thermostat both he and I were unsure of. He checked up on a couple other aspects of the system I would not have expected him to look in to and provide reports and suggestions to me to ensure the heating system functions most effectively.
I was very pleased again with Atlas Care and how they work with their clients. They are definitely going out of their way to make the client experience very positive. And they are succeeding in doing so!
