I changed my original delivery date last minute which wasn't a problem and I was very impressed with the delivery of my product. Came on time and the gentlemen were very helpful and quick at the same time. I will definitely be a lifetime customer. Very happy.

I am shocked at some these reviews I'm reading. I heard an ad on the radio for Arrow and decided to stop in as I was moving and needed furniture for my new home. Price, service and quality were all top notch. My family and I are now living and loving our new home. I would receommend Arrow furniture to anyone. Thanks, Arrow!

I recently purchased a bedroom set from the Kenedy location. This was my first visit to Arrow & I loved it. So clean and pretty and everything was laid out so perfectly, it really helped to make an already difficult task much easier. I will only buy my furniture there from now on. My sales rep Royce was great at helping me design the room and new about all the many brands they offered. I was told that I had to wait 6 weeks (which was fine) but Guillermo from deliveries called me after 4 to arrange for the delivery. I'm looking forward to furnishing my living and dining room next from Arrow.

I recently bought a sofa table here, after looking throughout the GTA at other similar stores. The prices were quite reasonable and the quality seemed good compared to lots of places that I had looked. I also really appreciated the customer service here - they answered all of my questions with patience, but weren't overbearing. I will return here in the future - even though it's a bit of a drive from home for me.

I purchased a queen bed set from Arrow furniture. Within two weeks the products started falling apart. I made a formal complaint and they exchanged my furniture, only to have the new furniture break during delivery. Do not recommend.

I looked around and found this store. A good display and setup. Seems very nice and helpful. Worked out great. Got good price and happy about that. Nice! Nice! Nice! Nice.

HORRIBLE SERVICE...I purchased a sectional December, they told me it was to arrive February, it didn't arrive until MARCH. I got no curtsey call to notify me and when I called them they had "no idea" what stage my couch was in. When the couch arrived it was ripped, a pillow was missing the button and legs were missing. INSTEAD of them offering to bring the missing legs I had to go pick them up. They screwed up the service call to replace the rip AND the pillow was suppose to be replaced within 2 weeks.....2 MONTHS later I am still waiting for it. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE IF YOU WANT A HASSLE FREE EXPERIENCE!!

My father had purchased a office desk from Arrow Furniture. The service was great and the price was right. The desk is still in great condition and no chipping or peeling like the other cheaper desks you'll find.
