Also, I'd like to compliment the delivery men. They were perfect gentlemen, and I loved the "Big Guys" sense of humour.

My family moved to our new home last Oct and we need to get new furniture for every room in our house. My sister referred me to Arrow Furniture and it turned out to be the right place for me as I prefer one-stop shopping. I was impressed by the well-designed layout of Arrow store. My experience with Arrow has been amazing, starting from the diligent responsible sales rep, Royce, to the devoted Operation Manager, Israel, who is also a talented professional interior designer, and right down to the friendly delivery guys. Plus we are very satisfied with Arrow’s after-sale customer service which is responsive and efficient.

What worth mentioning is the value-added service of Arrow. Michael, Arrow's general manager kindly arranged his operation manager, Israel, to do the interior design for my house without additional charge. I'm impressed by Israel's diligent and professional working manner. He came to my house to get the measurement and did a careful homework before he recommended any purchase from Arrow, from accent furniture to home decor product. Israel literally transformed my place into a beautiful dream house and my families just love it.

I would like to recommend Arrow Furniture to my friends without any hesitation.

Israel was working the floor then and he's a designer that's amazing at putting my whole look together (odds and ends of a house that was newly renovated). He put everything together very nicely and it made the place look amazing. It all went with with what I had, he was pleasant to work with, and he finished my house off beautifully. I bought a table, chairs, corner piece and rug, and a lamp in total. We had a minor thing that went wrong with the delivery because I wasn't there to receive it, but the following week they replaced it without any questions. I would go back there again and I'd love to deal with him again because his advice and positivity and open mind, not to mention how he threw everything together expertly, was done very well.

They did everything for me from top to bottom and gave me nothing but the best service. Israel came out to my house, looked at my layout and configured everything. He then took me to his store and anything that I didn't like at the store, he took me to the manufacturer to pick out other things. He really went above and beyond. The only thing he could have done differently was when I walked into the store he could have given me a cup of coffee. I give him a 9.9 out of 10.

We have been getting our furniture from Arrow for the past 15 years. Always their merchandise is excellent quality, with many choices of fabrics and finishes. The price is extremely fair. The Michael's family is a joy to work with. The delivery and set up is also well done. A 5 star experience from showroom to our home!

Both Arrow and Magi Seal (Insurance) were very responsive in providing new parts at no charge. Great response! Buying the insurance was very much worth it!! Thank you. Happy customer again.

I was referred by my friend to Arrow Furniture and she came with me to the store and got me a great deal. It ended up being better to have them furnish my entire place than having to buy individual pieces separately. I was expecting the delivery to be after New Years sometime but it ended up coming before Christmas, which I was very pleasantly surprised by. When all the pieces got delivered the designer even came to set everything up, which I wasn't expecting either. I can't say one bad word about them so I give them the highest grade.

My husband and I went to Arrow Furniture on 35 Arrow Rd. in North York, ON last weekend and met with Sales Associate Greg Rom and Interior Designer/Manager Israel Adud. Our experience at Arrow Furniture was phenomenal. We've been shopping for furniture for two months and were really getting discouraged with our findings. We wanted to find furniture that we really loved while still keeping with our budget. At Arrow furniture we met with Israel and Greg who listened to our concerns and then showed us a few pieces in their showroom. They moved chairs from one table and put it on another table to make our vision come to life. We were so impressed with their knowledge and expertise. It really was a one stop shop; Israel is also an Interior Designer and gave us some really helpful tips to bring everything together. In the end, we bought our furniture from Arrow and we're pleased with the service we received. I highly recommend this store because they really take the time to understand what you want and your budget. They make you feel at home and treat you like you’re a VIP customer.
