Furnishing a new home.

Assisted Review

The moment we walked into Arrow Furniture, the atmosphere was very welcoming. Being first time home buyers and needing furniture for the house was very daunting. But once we met Sales Manager Jason Michaels, my husband and I were very much at ease. He took the time to talk to us, to answer all of our questions thoroughly, showed us alternative ideas when we weren't sure of something and made the whole experience less stressful and more enjoyable. All of our payment options were explained in great detail and delivery was set up with ease. The service with the delivery team from Arrow Furniture was fantastic- team was polite and took the time to help us set up the furniture. Although an item was missing and another item needed to be switched, Jason and the customer care team were on top of it and made sure that our time was accommodated and the rest of the furniture was delivered in a timely manner with exceptional service. We would definitely recommend Arrow Furniture to others.

Sofa and loveseat

On Friday, I came to the store to purchase a sectional for my family room. I was determined to buy the couch and get it delivered in the next week, since I am currently 9 months pregnant. Christine Samuels, the sales representative, helped me and she was truly a life saver. Her extensive knowledge of the products and her patience combined, put me at ease. She took her time to go through the various selections of sofas and sectionals that would meet my needs. I finally decided on a sofa set and Christine was able to arrange to have it delivered for the next day. i am glad to say that I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and Christine really helped me to make the right choice. I can honestly say that I have never had such exceptional service before and I would like to thank Christine for making my experience enjoyable.

Sofa and love seat

I have been looking around for months for a sofa and love seat however was not able to find anything I liked until I went to Arrow furniture, I found the one I liked there and the price was pretty good also, very nice selection.

Furniture

I walked in this store last Monday 09/16/2013. It couldn't have been better. It was after a frustrating weekend trying to find for furniture for my new home and I was a first time home buyer. Christine Samuel , she was truly the saviour of the day for me !!! She found me the furnitures that fitted my budgets and timelines.I was amazed , she sort of knew that I wanted my furnitures fast and she knew where exactly to look out for them. She had all of them in her head, quite remarkable , knowing how fast the turnaround is for furnitures at Arrow.She went around picking out the best options and magically they all fell into the time frame I wanted delivery.

I walked out the store feeling so fulfilled , it was almost a family friendly store and truly Christine made the difference. It was truthful, honest desire of hers to satisfy her customers.

Thank you Christine ! and Bravo Arrow Furniture, you have the best person on your frontline facing customers.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Christine at the Brampton location when I went in a few weeks ago to look for a peice of furniture and browse the store. I initially wanted to change my chairs, but, as fate would have it a few weeks after my visit i needed to repalce my glass dining table.
Christine was very professional from start to fininsh. She was never pushy and even my teenaged daughter liked her. I was very impressed with the manner in which she dealt with us and even after changing our minds about the purchase on the day we re-attended i was so pleased. She gave us the space we required and enabled both my husband and I to make the decision that was the best and which made the most economic sense to us.

My husband and I have been clients of Arrow Furniture for over 15 years and we always get good service, however this last time around Christine was stellar and went above and beyond for us, ws freindly and yet professional.

Christine is certainly an asset to your organisation and should be used as an example to other sales associate throughout the region!

living and diningroom sets

I purchased a dining room and living room set. There were some issues with the living room set and it was handled impeccably by the manager of operations. I would give them a 10 on their customer service and how it was handled. The quality of the furniture was what I paid for and the furniture looks good.

Just wanted to say how pleased we were with the service and quick delivery of the furniture we recently purchased for our new home from Arrow on Kennedy Rd. As you know, moving is stressful enough on its own, but we had some extremely difficult times with your competitors especially the Brick and Ashley which made us very weary of buying more of what we needed. But our experience with your company was perfect. The salesperson "AJ" was very helpful and everything was on schedule.
Thanks again, we'll be back for more stuff!
