An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Christine at the Brampton location when I went in a few weeks ago to look for a peice of furniture and browse the store. I initially wanted to change my chairs, but, as fate would have it a few weeks after my visit i needed to repalce my glass dining table. Christine was very professional from start to fininsh. She was never pushy and even my teenaged daughter liked her. I was very impressed with the manner in which she dealt with us and even after changing our minds about the purchase on the day we re-attended i was so pleased. She gave us the space we required and enabled both my husband and I to make the decision that was the best and which made the most economic sense to us. My husband and I have been clients of Arrow Furniture for over 15 years and we always get good service, however this last time around Christine was stellar and went above and beyond for us, ws freindly and yet professional.
