Most flooring stores pretty much sell the same products and are competitively priced. What sets one store apart from another is the service They provide you. Timea and staff were extremely helpful to me in picking out my flooring. I had specific requirements that only a few companies provided and Timea was wonderful at finding those exact brands. I had a hard time deciding on a final product but Timea was always patient and helpful right down to the end.
I would surely use this staff again should I need any more flooring.

we ordered cork tiles via Alliance flooring and they provided great service. the tiles were late in arriving but that was no fault of Alliance. Timea always promptly returned my emails and let me know where we stood

After reading the reviews, I felt fairly confident that Alliance would be the company we would deal with. We went to the showroom, spoke to Mike and arranged to have a site visit. After discussing options, we decided on a laminate flooring for the condo and are really happy with the choice. The two guys removing the old carpet were courteous and punctual though one left early, leaving the other with most of the finishing work. The floor installers were also on time and the installation went really well. The floor looks amazing and we won't hesitate to call them when we want to do the downstairs! Thanks!

Mike answered all of our questions, and arranged for our job to be done within our requested (short) timeline. The quality of the product and the workmansip were excellent! The workmen were professional, courteous, and accommodating. They left everything clean and tidy. And, our new cork floor is beautiful!

After ordering the product, and scheduling the installation, all went extremely smoothly. Rudi arrived to prepare the space for the flooring. He removed the carpeting and the tiles in a very careful manner, being respectful of the furniture and the newly installed kitchen cabinets. Such a polite and hard-working individual!
Zoltan and his floor installers arrived early and worked late until they were finished and satisfied with their work. They were professional, proficient, and very particular regarding the quality of their workmanship.
Mike contacted me immediately after the job completion to ask if all went well and to see if I was satisfied with all aspects of the installation.
I am more than happy with everything and the flooring looks great! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alliance to everyone. My aunt used Alliance Floor Source for the engineered hardwood in her condo. I was impressed the outcome, so I decided to see Mike when it was my turn to renovate my new home. Mike was very helpful, and they had the best price after I shopped around. I am going to install the floor myself, and they helped to order the necessary stair nosings and transition pieces. One piece was off-color, so they took care of returning it, and then delivered the replacement to my house.

Mike was extremely friendly and professional in helping us decide on a hardwood floor product. Alliance carried high quality products that other flooring companies did not carry. Floor replacement was part of a complete condo renovation. I initially went to purchase the floor and a third party was to install. Timea was very helpful in the selection process and was very informative. I chose a few samples and the day of purchase, I was running late for my appointment. Timea was very patient and waited for me well past the store hours and completed everything very smoothly. On the day of installation, due to other circumstances, the installer could not make it. Timea and Mike rapidly helped me out and within a few days, the floor was installed. They worked with me step by step in the whole process and they did their best to arrange schedules to not delay the project. End result, the floor looks fabulous and the work in the condo is on track. Thanks a lot for all of your help - great customer service and commitment to quality work.
