Alliance Floor Source

After doing some research on flooring companies, I decided to visit some sites to choose engineered hardwood for my condominium space. Upon entering the Alliance Floor Source showroom, I was immediately greeted by Timea and guided through the options available to me. She listened to my preferences, answered my many questions, and patiently spent time showing me all of their product lines. Timea understood that I needed time to decide and when I returned, Mike was more than happy to continue to help me finalize my order. His suggestion to take some options home and view them in my space was very helpful. So many choices and such great prices!
After ordering the product, and scheduling the installation, all went extremely smoothly. Rudi arrived to prepare the space for the flooring. He removed the carpeting and the tiles in a very careful manner, being respectful of the furniture and the newly installed kitchen cabinets. Such a polite and hard-working individual!
Zoltan and his floor installers arrived early and worked late until they were finished and satisfied with their work. They were professional, proficient, and very particular regarding the quality of their workmanship.
Mike contacted me immediately after the job completion to ask if all went well and to see if I was satisfied with all aspects of the installation.
I am more than happy with everything and the flooring looks great! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alliance to everyone. It was a pleasure to see such attention paid to customer satisfaction and work ethic. I thank Mike and Timea for making this part of my renovations so seamless.
