Alliance Floor Source

Alliance Floor Source has friendly, knowledgeable staff and a good selection of carpeting. My carpets were installed on time by an expert installer. He did important things like adjusting doors and cleaning up well after the job. I would recommend them to any prospective customer. Competitive prices and very reliable.

We just used Alliance Floor Source for the first time for installation of carpet and underpad on our main staircase and in our upstairs hall and bedrooms. We are very pleased with the finished look and would definitely use them again. The job was completed on time, the price was very reasonable, and as a bonus several squeaky areas of the floor were nailed so thoroughly as to correct the problem. My house suffered water damage and my hardwood floors needed to be replaced. I searched Homestars and was impressed with the many positive customer reviews. Alliance has not disappointed. They did a fantastic job on my new hardwood floors. They treated my house like theirs, with respect and great care. Their focus is on customer service. I felt like I was dealing with family.

Alliance Flooring did a great job installing our manufactured hardwood floor in our condo along with a perfect installation of our kitchen tile. Mike was great to work and he displayed a high level of professionalism.

I am so disappointed in he product I received from Alliance Flooring. I went to them because of the reviews on home stars, and I have ended up with an awful product at a very high price. When I visited the store, I was honest about my needs and what I was looking for. Mike assured us the product we chose would meet and exceed our needs, and in retrospect I should have realized he was just trying to make the sell. He didn't spend any time with us to review flooring durability and best suggestions for our family needs and the project we were looking to complete. I now have a floor that has been installed for no more than a few months and it is just awful. They would only fix one cracked board - meanwhile there are at least 5 more that were a direct result of the install. Despite my disappointment with the durability of the product they recommend and customer service at alliance, I normally would not write a post, but after using a step stool to reach our top kitchen cupboards, and realizing it left dents in my new floor, I can not help but comment that you should definitely take your business somewhere else. If you want a place who considers you are spending a large sum of money, pride in your renovation and quality customer service, look elsewhere. I now have a few recommendations id be happy to provide. I can not begin to describe how robbed I feel, especially since I was very clear about my needs at the outset. I gave a '1' for the installers. They were decent and punctual.

Overall a great experience. Mike was great to work with and went out of his way to accommodate our changing scope. The install itself was quick, and we're very happy with the end result. We'll be using Alliance again when the time comes!

Mike went the extra distance and helps us when we ordered short and came back to install the t-cap when our hardwood guy couldn't we ordered carpet and hardwood and were impressed with both

I had a small custom part needing replacement, they cut and stained it for me in 2 days. Both Lehel and Mike were knowledgeable, patient and helpful in lending advice for a non handy person. Lehel even gave me the aisle and directions in buying the glue at Home Depot.
