The guys that came to remove our old furniture were nice and on time. Few things I did not like; although they spent enough time assessing the job, I found and felt that the truck wasn't loaded properly as they already had some garbage in it. As a customer I felt that the total cost for the removal wasn't properly estimated. I am not sure if the guys that came new exactly what they were doing or if it was me probably expecting them to do more for the money I paid. Overall good service but not 100% satisfied. I call 1800Gotjunk again, will ask for an empty truck.

I found High Tech Appliance Service here on Homestars. We had a two year old washer and drier that needed the hand of an expert. We reached out to Atiar for help, and after a short conversation over the phone he came to our home to assist with the repair of both machines. He explained to us the issues, gave us a reasonable quote on the spot that included the parts needed for the repair. It has benn now two months since the repair and So far, both machines are back to normal, working like new again. Thanks to Atiar, High Tech Appliance Service and HOMESTARS we are now wearing clean clothes again :D !

I have used cargo cabbie services three times, Once four years ago, and twice in the past two years. The incredible thing is that each and every time the movers were as good as the last time. No wonder why they were voted best movers. Also proof why they've been able to stick around in Toronto with a clean record and many positive reviews for so long. In my last recent move, I hired the CC team for a local move within the city. The movers brought lots of clean blankets and wrapping materials to protect every piece of furniture. This was no easy job as I had an unusual number of boxes and a few large heavy pieces of furniture. Not only was the move of my 2 bedroom loft done efficiently, they also managed not to damage a single item. On top of this, the movers had an all can do attitude. Jonathan,(the foreman) was efficient and was able to size up the situation at the get go. We also had great conversations with the other guys part of the moving team. They all had a great attitude, were fun, careful and just simply cool guys to have around. They asked me questions as to how I wanted things placed and arranged at my new place which made things very easy for us when unpacking. I almost forgot to mention that when I first called the office, the moving rep. was able to setup an onsite visit to better assess our move. To my surprise, one of the owners came to meet us and took pictures of the furniture so that they can accurately quote the job. Hours later, a revised estimate was sent to us via email, outlining the estimated moving time and total cost of the move . All in all, my last experience with the entire cargo cabbie team was as good as my first time. These guys knew what they were doing and they succeeded in transforming a very stressful day into a very pleasant experience for my girlfriend and I. If we do move again, and hope not anytime soon, they will be hearing from us. Kudos and thanks again for a great job.
