Alexanian Carpet & Flooring

When it came time to purchase carpet for installation in our newly refinished basement, we went to Alexanian Carpet & Flooring. Their selection was great and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They helped us select the right under pad and carpet to suit our basement needs - it needed to be warm, soft and hold up to heavy traffic, including our Labrador Retriever (and all his hair!) The installers were great - punctual, efficient and completed a quality job. We would use Alexanian Carpet & Flooring again in the future.

Carpeted installed in family room and stairs, good work and quality, good customer service, wish they had a better section of what I was looking for. In the end fairly happy with workmanship. Would recommend.

Had my kitchen tile grout cleaned and sealed. I had asked when booking the appointment, and to the staff themselves who came out, to PLEASE be careful to not damage my newly restored & painted kitchen cabinets. Unfortunately, water damage did occur. Alexanians were good in responding to my complaint in a somewhat swift manner, by having someone call me and come out to the house to survey the damage. They had plans to repair it, and directed my issue to my local store to resolve. I booked a day off work to be home when the repair person arrived, but when he did, he had been told his job was to replace the kickplate (which was not the issue), and so he didn't have the right tools and supplies to do the job, and that he'd come back next week. This issue had now drawn on for at least 3 weeks, and I was going to have to take another day off work to deal with this! Not willing to do that, I asked Alexanian's to provide a full refund on the cleaning, and we'd fix the issue ourselves. They agreed, and provided a full refund.

I would like to say, Thank you to a store that truly has a caring attitude. Ken the manager (thanks Ken) and Mimmo our very experienced special salesperson that helped us so much. Mimmo listened to us and took his knowledge and found us our lovely carpet. We were always treated like they cared. This kind of service is missing in a lot of company's. Thanks again guys you are appreciated.

i wasnt too pleased with this company as i was told one thing and received something else. they rep fought with me for days that the carpet i received was what i ordered with him. i started to get frusterated and decided to call the manager. best move i made as he was very polite and helpful. he resolved the issue immediately. the entire situation could have been avoided if the rep was more considerate

Alexanian had installed our family room carpet. After a few years the carpet was worn well beyond where it should have. Leslie came into have a look and agreed. They came back and replaced the carpet - no hassles no complaining. Kudos to Leslie and the team at Erin Mills Alexanian - a stand up company

The people there were great new their products well and made it easy for us to choose our flooring, great selection of products as well as service was amazing, fast and true to their products that they sell.

We had a representative come to our house to give us an estimate to have the upstairs re-carpeted. He told us what to remove from the rooms before the installers came, which was the TVs & electronics. They would remove the furniture. The installations broke one of my antique trunks. I called the rep, & he told me I should have removed the antique trunk myself if it was an antique. He never mentioned during our initial mtg and my house if full of antiques...if I had known that Alexanian Carpets did not move antique furniture, I should have been told BEFORE the installation. This rep has told me he would have the Store Manger call on Monday...its now late Tuesday afternoon and I have yet to hear from him!!!!
