Had service call in one day and a new furnace in the next. Prompt good service! One error in installation but when I called about it. Everything was corrected cheerfully and immediately.

We were referred to Air One by our family members who have used them in the past. They came (same day) to assess a problem with our air conditioner. The unit was old, so the options were explained to us about the benefits of replacing it versus repairing it.

Ultimately we decided to replace it, along with the furnace. There was no pressure and the options were explained clearly. They came to our house in a timely fashion, and installed the AC/Furnace, without any trouble.

Received same day AC service call but repair cost wasn't worth it due to the age of unit. Met with sales person same night and decided to replace furnace and AC unit. Two business days later everything was installed and working great. Service was excellent and we couldn't believe how quickly everything was installed.

I am really impressed by the service I received from your company. From the service guy who initially looked at my A/C to Mike who did an amazing sales presentation for how much my new units would cost, to the rebates and what equipment I was actually receiving. The installation guys were great as well. My house was spotless when they left, they walked me through the new thermostat and the paperwork. This new A/C is quiet, and is doing a great job at cooling main and top floor.

Great Product! Excellent workmanship! No Mess, and Fantastic customer service! Furnace and central air conditioning installed exactly when scheduled, and perform exactly as stated when quoted. All three floors of our house are the perfect temperature! Really enjoying it with the heatwave we've been getting this summer. As an added bonus, our hydro bill actually went down, compared to our previous cooling system which cost more to run, but didn't cool the whole house.

Aire One from Kitchener installed an air conditioner and furnace.
My AC broke down on a very hot July day and the tech Evan came the same day. The installers came the following Monday, very polite and put down drop sheets on my stairs and family room. No mess was left behind, did a great job. Also I had Aire One install a rental Water heater in Feb 2016, did a great job. Very thorough.

I recently had Aire One install a furnace, hot water tank and gas line and could not be more please with their service, in particular Mike Zuliani. As a first time homeowner, I had a lot of questions. Mike was incredibly patient with me, he always answered me promptly, respectfully and honestly. He actually went out of his way for me on several occasions and I cannot thank him enough for that. The techs that came to do the installations were really helpful, courteous, clean, on time and quick. I cannot recommend Aire One highly enough.

From sales to installation and office personnel, everyone was very professional. Installation took 2 days as there were some modifications to be made to the previous set-up, including putting in a cold air return in the basement. Site was left very clean. Very satisfied.

Responded very quickly to my request for a service man to look at my air conditioner and give an estimate of necessary action. Due to the age(27 yrs) and condition of the air conditioner a replacement was reccomended. This was installed the following day in an efficient and tidy manner. I was very pleased.
