Air Conditioner/Furnace Installation
We were referred to Air One by our family members who have used them in the past. They came (same day) to assess a problem with our air conditioner. The unit was old, so the options were explained to us about the benefits of replacing it versus repairing it.
Ultimately we decided to replace it, along with the furnace. There was no pressure and the options were explained clearly. They came to our house in a timely fashion, and installed the AC/Furnace, without any trouble.

Thank you Matt for considering both options: repair or replacement. Sometimes it is a difficult decision but the improved comfort and efficiency plus the long warranty determine many customers to just get a new one. With the fantastic furnace rebates now available in Ontario it makes a lot of sense to upgrade the furnace too.
