George was very fast and friendly. He explained everything he did. I was very impressed with his work.

I have dealt with many plumbers in the last few years but none have come close to Advanced Plumbing. They exceeded my expectations and I plan to call them for all my plumbing needs from now on. They were easy to reach - even though I called them at night. They sent 2 plumbers over the early afternoon of the next day (George and Tenzin). They were polite, professional and they were very knowledgeable. They were able to complete the repair (burst pipe) within 30 minutes and they charged a fair price. I feel like they listened to me and they were patient and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them.

The team exceeded my expectations across the board, and my expectations are generally quite high when it comes to service oriented businesses. Their customer service was incredible, the repair itself was well assessed and then the execution was quick + clean. They provided small tips and insights into our general plumbing as well, which was appreciated + yielded results.

George and Tenzin came in and were very professional! They identified themselves and let me know about the costs first up. Then they checked out the burst pipe and let me know the full cost as well as showed me the piece of pipe that burst. They did the work very quickly and cleaned up...
Removed the parts of the ceiling that fell and bagged it up and left it for garbage pick up. All n all it was informative and fast. They also told me how to help prevent future bursts.

Very professional, knowledgeable and affordable. I had a clogged main drain pipe that was backed up and water was starting to creep into my basement. I called Advanced Plumbing and they showed up quickly, understanding it was an emergency. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. After they unclogged the roots from the pipe, they inspected it with a camera, showing and explaining problem areas on screen in real time. They then gave me recommendations of how to try to prevent the problem from reoccurring again, and also explained what options I have if things get worse with the roots. Advanced Plumbing definitely exceeded my expectations and I’ve already recommended Advanced Plumbing to my family and friends. Thank you for keeping my pipes flowing and toilets flushing again!

Advanced Plumbing were able to fit me into their busy schedule for a burst pipe. They kept to their word and arrived pretty close to their estimated time.

Professional and easy to talk with. They fixed our urgent problem and cleaned up afterwards. They even provided tips on future frozen pipe prevention and helped insulate an uncovered vent that may have been part of the problem.

And they didn't ask me a 'thousand times' to write a review for them - which I'm finding more companies/individuals doing - necessary I guess, but gets tiring after while. For this, they certainly deserve praise and doing good work as promised.

We'll definitely keep them in our address book for future use.

Had a pipe freeze today due to extreme cold weather. Thought pipe had burst due to some water dripping through ceiling. Advanced plumbing was extremely responsive, neat and professional. They fully assessed the situation, minimized the amount of cutting in drywall to solve the problem. Have great suggestions to prevent in future and cleaned up after themselves.
