Advanced Plumbing

The advanced plumbing team are professional, courteous, skilled and efficient.
I hired them to replace a part that broke on my toilet.
They were quick, did a great job and left the area spotless.
I would highly recommend them and I will be using their services again in the future!

We had a problem with an intermittent foul odour in one of our bathrooms. We put in an online service request and were contacted the next day over the phone by Greg. I explained the situation and he tried ti troubleshoot things over the phone. He was upfront that he wasn't sure they would be able to find anything, but I asked for a service call nonetheless.

Jorge showed up with a colleague at the appointed time and were professional in every way. Unfortunately the day they came the odour wasn't really noticeable (of course...). They asked questions, looked and things and tried a few simple things. I had originally asked to have the seal on the toilet changed, but they felt very strongly after looking everything over that it wasn't the toilet and this would be a waste of money.

They tried cleaning the pipes of the sink to see if there was a build-up accounting for the smell. Should the smell recur, they advised me to contact them again and hopefully they could come when it was more noticeable.

In the end the visit fee was reasonable and no unnecessary work was performed, which is the most important thing in my mind. They even left a mostly empty can of the cleaner they used to try to fix the problem again if that was the cause. This was also much appreciated.

I can't say enough about the professional approach taken by this company in my limited dealings with them. I have no complaints whatsoever. I knew going in that there may not be a clear explanation found for the odour, so them not finding anything was hardly a shock.

I would highly recommend this company again, and if issues come up in the future, I'll be sure to ask them to come look at it.

They showed up on time, worked diligently and answered all my questions. I had to leave before they were finished but they sent me a photo of my running faucet when I was at work.

Returned to adjust something (not a flaw, just a preference) without hesitation. Highly recommend.

I had a broken main valve and was frantically calling plumbing companies to assist. Greg at Advanced Plumbing calmly explained the situation to me i.e. I had to call the City to shut off the water servicing the house before a repair could be made. After I called the City, I called Greg back to schedule an appointment. He was able to slot me the next day (less than 24 hours). The crew arrived promptly at the appointed hour (how often can you say that about contractors?), wore uniforms and were extremely friendly. They even took off their shoes prior to coming into the house without being asked!!! The two crew members completed the task in the estimated time frame and left the place reasonably clean. I paid the quoted amount and there were no extra charges whatsoever. It was an extremely pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to call Advanced Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Great customer service all around.

George and his apprentice were friendly, honest and very professional. They answered all my questions, explained everything they were doing and why and left the worksite clean. Best of all they didn’t try to oversell me on services or products. Very trustworthy. Job well done! Happy customer.

My drainline was getting clogged between my sink and the main line in my condo building. It was actually causing the water in my dishwasher to backup which meant that the dishwasher was using dirty water to wash my dishes. I called a few plumbers but several said they did not do work in condos. One of them referred me to Advanced Plumbing. Advanced Plumbing did a great job. I can actually hear the difference in the gurgle sound when the dishwasher is draining. The charge was actually less than the estimate they gave me.

I run a small business and I am located in a shopping mall downtown. Greg's team responded quickly and gave me a quote within hours of calling him. We scheduled a day for fixing the leaky pipes and not only did his crew show up on time they showed up early. They were courteous, professional and coordinated well with the management in my mall.
