Once again FSD led by Mimmo, arrived on the date promised, and set about making my front walk not only more beautiful but also safer for my aged mother to walk on in the winter. I cannot recommend this company enough. All of the stone work at my house has been done by them, this year we had a street sale and people were arriving "just to look at my garden" they all said they didn't need anything but word on the street was the stonework was "not to be missed" and neighbours are always asking me for their name and number. On November 16th 2012, I wrote of my wonderful experience with FSD, now I continue the story. Mimmo and his crew arrived in October of this year to complete my "no grass" dream. In 4 days they courteously, efficiently and beautifully created a back yard oasis that I will love forever. I cannot praise or thank them enough for their work and patience with me as I stressed over every detail, but as expected Mimmo, "you were right"! If I could give this company 11 stars I would!!! The entire experience with Altima has been smooth and pleasant. Their cost was well on par with other custom kitchen manufacturers and came in $10,000 less expensive than a semi-custom from a chain store! BUT it is their service, product and personnel, that makes them stand out. I was pleased with the product when I saw it in their show room, especially when I learned that it is manufactured locally and was not being shipped in from Quebec or Italy, so any tweaks are easily handled. They produced a cabinet profile for me that was not in their general catalogue and supplied samples of custom paint colours at a reasonable cost so I could be confident in my final choice. From the beginning Marco, the kitchen designer, listened to my wish list, guided me through any changes necessary in the “real world”, and worked hard to fit all of my must haves in, beautifully. He is able to” think outside of the box” and suggested features I would not have considered. Peter, the installer, “the perfectionist” installed this custom jewel in a methodical, neat and precise manner. Any hiccups due to my old and slightly crooked walls were pointed out to me with solutions explained and then dealt with in a seamless way. At one point Vic the owner even arrived to insure that all was good and I was happy with the product. After Altima was finished and a mishap or two occurred due to other trades, Marco was at the rescue to assess and Vic, the owner, arrived to reinstall after every thing was repaired. All through the process both Marco and Vic have been there to insure that my DREAM KITCHEN was nothing but that, absolutely NO NIGHTMARES! Thank you so much Danielle Fleury HOMESPACE

Let me join the long list of customers that worship at the altar of FOREVERSTONEDESIGN! Mimmo and his crew of extremely pleasant and skilled stone masons have just completed a beautiful transformation of my back cement deck. They completely reworked the access and clad the entire structure in OWEN SOUND random flag stone for the deck, stairs and patio and OS ledge stone for the walls. As well as blocking up an old basement entrance. The process was smooth and easy from our first meeting, Mimmo arrived on time, listening to my wishes for the old and clumsy back entry and then working with me on a design that was practical and beautiful. He helped me realize where I didn’t need to spend and suggested ideas and ways of tying in the old with the new that I had never considered. I had three quotes and Mimmo’s quote was right in line. His crew arrived as scheduled, no delays, no excuses. Our only foe was the weather. Great care was taken, protecting the existing garden, making sure that the neighbours were not inconvenienced and that I understood the work that was to be done, in what order and pleased with the shape and size of all the elements. 7 days later the transformation is complete! Cleaner than it was when they arrived. They even took away other contractors rubble for me and did some brickwork that was not in the original quote at no added cost. I could not be happier. This is a 7 year dream come true. I had intended to set a path and patio myself next spring but now I know that would be “CRAZY”, when I can have the project done by FOREVERSTONE DESIGN for so much less stress and bother and be guaranteed that it will be fabulous for years to come.
