Greg and Andre were absolutely stellar. They were empathetic, patient, friendly, efficient, clean. As a first time home owner, some things remain a mystery...plumbing being one of them. We had water coming up from our basement drain. Greg took the time to show us what was happening in our pipes under ground in real time as he was doing his analysis. His enjoyment at finding a solution to our problem was infectious. They are genuinely curious and absolutely love their work. Any plumbing issues, they are the first call to make.

Thanks to Greg and his team for the excellent service they provided us in replacing our shower fixtures. It would have taken the original manufacturer months to send a replacement part, but the Advanced Plumbing team gave us a new fixture in a matter of days. They were always prompt in their communication and transparent in pricing. All of the technicians were knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

We have a faucet that was not working the house. Plumber came, very knowledgeable. Explained potential issues, began troubleshooting and faucet started working. Easy fix on this one but seemed like the tech knew what he was doing, had the issue been more severe, i trust that he could've fixed it.

Replaced our sump pump last month and the service was amazing. From the first call to the follow up visits to check on our pump they were polite, prompt and very professional. Highly recommend.

Great job replacing sump pump in December and clearing outdoor drain in January! Service was polite and informative. Jobs were completed quickly with little disturbance to my tenants. The left the work areas tidy and cleaned up any debris.

Our pipes froze yesterday and we went all day with no water. We had just had our basement completely renovated last spring so we were pretty upset and worried a pipe would burst and destroy our new basement. I called the first plumbing company that came up in Google search for my area and these guys came up. I was so impressed by the professional service I received on the phone. A plumber was dispatched right away and I received text messages updating me on their arrival which was within 40 minutes. When they arrived they were so personable and knowledgeable I was put completely at ease. They found the problem, fixed it, checked for leaks and didn't leave until they were sure there was no water leaking and that everything was working properly. They told me why the pipes froze - the renovator did not put insulation or a barrier between the outer brick wall of our house and the new drywall. An old dryer vent in our brick wall allowed the cold air from that recent storm to get trapped between the drywall and the brick wall causing the freeze. If the pipes had been insulated during the reno this would not have happened. I'm so glad they told me all of this as we can now take steps to avoid this happening again by calling the renovator back and asking them to insulate these pipes. I highly recommend this company and especially the two fellows who came out to our house so quickly. It was pricey though.
