I was in need of some plumbing services. It all started with with a leaky cold water shut off valve and some noisy pipes. Before I knew it, I was in the midst of a minor renovation... why not also install a new toilet and faucet while I'm at it. This is where Advanced Plumbing took the helm. With complete professionalism and efficiency, Ian addressed all issues and provided feedback so that I could get what I wanted when I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Well done!
Next... moving on to my kitchen renovation and tankless water heater installation... who am I going to call???

Just wanted to mention what a great job your plumber did today replacing my leaking outdoor faucet. He was very professional, efficient and took the time to explain the work he was doing.

Advanced Plumbing did a phenomenal job waterproofing my basement. The house is >100 years old and is a stone / mortar foundation in an area with lots of clay and silt. They Demo’s the old work, parged, installed a membrane, put a weeping tile in place, connected it all to a sump pit, and did cleanup quickly and with a great attitude.

I’ve since had them help with smaller jobs (replacing old interior and exterior plumbing, cutting out a broken garburator) and they always quote only the work needed, are fair on price, and do very high quality work.

Very pleased with their service, from the estimate to the completion of the work. Very professional, efficient. The company complied with Covid 19 protocols . I will use their services again.

The kitchen drain was plugged up. The plumber from Advanced arrived promptly. While he was there I asked Ian to replace the trap under the sink.
Ian carried out the work professionally and courteously.

First I Called Mr. Reuter, who quoted me 40% more and who we’re very sloppy in their plans.

I used Advanced plumbing for my basement waterproofing. From the moment George came to review the job to the guys who performed the back breaking work and the excellent clean up they did I couldn’t be happier. I had a few questions after the work was done and the money was paid and Greg sent technicians out without a second thought and resolved them above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone doing any kind of plumbing work, big or small.

We were noticing wetness in the basement and suspecting that it was related to the usage of upstairs washroom.
We hesitated to contact plumber for service because of the current covid situation. On the other hand, we were concerned that water leakage causing damage in the home. After the few weeks of inconvenience of avoiding using the bathroom, we finally contact Advanced Plumbing. we certainly glad that we did.
Ian was very thorough in explaining the diagnose of the issues. We were well informed of the different options on our decision for replacements. He replaced the leaky tap which wet our cabinet. Changed the old toilet.
We are so grateful that he spotted and fixed the hidden, problematic pipe connection in the basement.

This is the 3rd time we have Advanced Plumbing dealing with different issues. We are very satisfy and thankful for the service.

We hired Advanced Plumbing for a job on a recommendation from a family member who had a really great experience with them. We needed all of the hot and cold water pipes in our townhouse replaced, an entirely new toilet and sink connection installed and two new toilets and two new sinks installed. Advanced plumbing was beyond amazing. They completed the majority of the work in just a few days, and were able to squeeze us in outside of what they had scheduled us for when we needed one of the bathrooms working as we were planning to move in. They also were able to squeeze someone in to fix an issue caused by other contractors we had in at the same time. They were beyond accommodating, worked extremely fast, completely reasonable price for the amount of work they did, and were able to do some complicated stuff I thought would not be possible. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. On top of how amazing they were at their jobs, they were also very kind. Every person who came into our house from Advanced Plumbing was extremely polite and kind and accommodating to us. When we had George in for the initial assessment he was also great and was very clear about what would need to be done, potential areas where there might be issues for what we needed done, and was just so easy to work with. They were also always happy to answer our questions or concerns. So far everything is working great in our condo. If you are in need of a plumbing job you should seriously hire them, I cannot explain enough how happy I am with their work and with how easy they are to communicate with. I don't think you can go wrong with them.
