Chris, Andrei and the team from Advanced Plumbing were awesome to deal with. We wanted to replace an old kitchen sink and install a new single bowl sink, faucet and water filter, and they helped through the entire process. Andrei was amazing for the install, and cut our current counter perfectly to install the new sink, which is a HUGE upgrade! Would 100% work with them again.

Bathroom toilet problems. Called for an appointment - scheduled within two days. Kept me informed of when they were going to arrive and arrived up on time. Understood what the problem was. Communicated the expected price before starting the work and asked for my consent first. Explained the problems. Fixed the problems (there were two) and cleaned up afterwards. All done in less than an hour.

As a property manager, I've worked with many contractors for decades including plumbers, and was impressed with Andrei's approach -- skill, problem solving -- to finding and fixing two unusual and complex plumbing issues, including addressing the source of dampness and mold behind a wall. I chose to call Advanced Plumbing Inc. They managed to send Ian, on short notice, even ahead of the appointment time. He is a competent, knowledgeable and friendly person. Even though, it was difficult to access the area, he was able to rectify the problem. Chris, who manages the office, contacted me a couple of times to ascertain that everything was in order.
