A1 Quality Chimney Cleaning & Repair

I have our chimney cleaned yearly by A1 Chimney but this time around I
noticed a need to repair my chimney. It was done very well. Would recommend.

My chimney was damaged. A1 Quality Chimney called within a few minutes of my posting the job on home stars. I had an inspection and a reasonable quote within a couple of hours. Work started within 2 days and was completed within three days. Job was performed quickly and efficiently. Workers were professional and the owners were nice, reasonable people, easy to work with and very competent. I can't say enough good things about this company. You get quality work, performed on time and for a reasonable price. This is the company you want to pick to do your job.

After calling service was booked within a week, the technician who arrived was well prepared, was able to answer my questions re safety and other features of the fireplace insert that was in the house (fist time dealing with a wood burning insert). I was very happy with the service and will be booking them again for the yearly cleaning next season.

Communication from the business was prompt and courteous. Once we decided to move forward the clean was scheduled for the next business day. Jacob arrived and showed us what was wrong (we had smoke billowing into our home); and all the creosote build up from the previous owner.
He was in and out in about 45mins, and left the site very clean. I am very happy with the work and will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We used the company for chimney cleaning a while back. When we used the fireplace, it got smokey, so I called them to double check if everything was fine with the chimney. They sent Owen to assess the situation and he was AMAZIING! Very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Every staff we spoke to on the phone was also very approachable and available. HIghly recommended!!!

Owen and Kelly were both super informative and pleasant in answering all questions. Clear instructions were given to prevent smoke inside wood burning chimney. I absolutely love a wood burning fireplace and it was explained to me that I'd not be able to build a booming fire because the flue is only 8" x 8". I enlarged the hearth, they changed the very worn damper. This company is efficent and punctual.

Really impressed with the efficiency of the service. I called the office in the morning, the job was done the same day. The whole team is so helpful trying to have the job done before the snow event the next day.

A1 Quality Chimney Cleaning & Repair the appointment booking was seamless, they came on time and inspected the Wood Fireplace chimney, and cleaned. They also provided a complete tutorial on how to use the fireplace with all the safety tips. Would definitely recommend them and hire them again for service.
