Reliable Dryer Vent

i was surprised at the level of service and professionalism that I received when dealing with this company. They were on time for the job, brought materials to ensure that no dust or dirt would come into the room.
I also have to commend the lady who took my phone order. She was extremely pleasant and very up front about the price.

We called in, and they sent Adam to come inspect the fireplace and provide a written estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable . Gave us two options and explained them well. We selected the option, and scheduled the installation for the following Tuesday.

Adam came on time on Tuesday and started work immediately. He completed ahead of schedule and cleaned up after himself. Place was left very tidy. We look forward to trying out the wood insert this winter.

Magic Touch provided us with a written estimate and warranty.

We moved in to a new house and wanted to make sure the chimney was in good working order. Magic Touch was able to set up an appointment for the next day. The technician was very professional. The chimney was cleaned with a minimum of fuss, and the area was cleaned up completely.

This was a small job, I called several chimney places and no one was willing to do the work.

Magic Touch on the other hand was great to work with. Richard provided 2 options for repairing the chimney cap and scheduled the job for 2 days later. The work was completed on time and looks great.
They even completed the job while I was at work.

I just wanted to compliment your staff on the job carried out last Thursday sweeping our chimney and replacing the chimney cap. My husband initially spoke with Donna who answered the phone and she was very professional and provided us with a quotation in a timely manner. The gentleman who swept the chimney was on time and did a nice clean job. After he had finished and shortly afterwards, another gentleman turned up to replace the chimney cap. All of your staff were extremely professional and friendly and definitely customer service oriented. Having recently moved into our first house, we wanted to ensure that our chimneys were clean and safe to use. From Home Stars, we got the name of MagicTouch. I called them, and had a very nice conversation on the phone. We have two fireplaces with separate flues. Their fixed price is $125 for the first chimney and $110 for the second.
Richard, their technician came on time. He looked at the chimneys and told me they had recently been cleaned, and didn't need to be cleaned again. He also told me that I should not use one of the chimney's due to safety concerns tied to poor construction. Richard then gave me some ideas and insight into switching over to a wood stove insert, in order to make use of this separate fire place.
At the end of the day, I was only charged $50 for the inspection. Great service. I will definitely use them again.

I had an annual chimney cleaning done. This company came highly recommended and I know why! They are quick and clean. He showed up on time and did the job in 30 mins as quoted and left virtually no mess behind. Our cleaner was Adam and I'll have him back again for the annual clean.

After servicing our fireplace insert and finding some deficiencies, Magic Touch reconnected the liner to the insert, swept the chimney and flashed the liner to the chimney to prevent rain and animals from entering our chimney. They were on-time, friendly, explained each job in detail and were once again easy to deal with.

We had Magic Touch out to inspect our liner and wood-burning fireplace insert. It was easy to set up an appointment with them, they called to confirm a day in advance of the appointment, they showed up on time and left no mess. They gave us an inspection of our fireplace and liner, identified where things were right and where they needed to be fixed, and provided us with advice on what steps to take next.
