Very good service and will use them again in the future. Arrived at the time quoted over the phone and did a very professional job cleaning the chimney and fireplace. Gave some very helpful advice on using fireplace (our previous house had a gas fireplace) and answered all my questions. The technician, Mark, was very friendly and did an excellent clean up after he was finished working on the fireplace. Absolutely no mess afterwards and I will be calling Magic Touch Chimney Sweeps to perform this service for us again next year. Very happy with service provided.

They showed up promptly at the time that was scheduled and went through all the details of how the process would work before starting the job. The technician, Wil, was able to answer all my questions as well as providing some very helpful advice. I was very surprised at the amount and types of debris that was cleared from my duct work and would strongly suggest anyone moving into a new home to have this service performed. It is very good value for the money and Dial One was a pleasure to do business with from the moment I first made phone contact with them. Excellent service!
