Another company provided very expensive guaranteed service in 2019, however when similar problems resurfaced, I did not get a call back. I needed to look for another company to resolve the squirrel issue.
Nick Parkin, Technician, from AAA Gates Wildlife Control came In to take a look. He took photos of the work done by the other company. Nick identified the sloppy workmanship and inferior materials used. He said the company who installed the one way door on the roof should have come back to check that the squirrels were gone, remove the one way
door and seal off the area, which was the reason the squirrels got back in. Nick installed new steel cages over the roof vents, a one way door and put cages over other vents which could pose future problems, came back the next day to check, then removed the one way door and sealed off the area. He kept in touch by email and sent further follow up photos with details.
AAA Wildlife have been in business for 35 years and are registered with
the BBB with an A+ rating. I am so very satisfied with their work and
would not hesitate to recommend them highly.
