Booked a recliner chair pickup. Booked Monday but weather prevented their arrival so re-booked for Wednesday evening. Tuesday they were in the neighbourhood so called & offered to pick up that afternoon. I happily accepted! Polite and personable and they removed their shoes at the entrance. Would definitely recommend- they recycle!
