What was supposed to be a short, one day repair project ended up being significantly more complicated than we expected when we found asbestos under the original hardwood. Arno handled all the issues calmly, explaining possible options and how best to proceed in a manner that was safe and would lead to the most beautiful and cost effective outcome. Situations like this are always difficult, but his professionalism and expertise really helped us navigate it. Our floors look beautiful and our home is safe now. We highly recommend his work, and would not hesitate to hire him again.

I had all the windows and my front door replaced by Total Home. From beginning to end it was an incredible experience. Eugene came to give me a quote and he was very thorough in explaining all my options, priced out various choices, showed me samples and provided me a rendered image of what the windows would look like after installation. He was a great sales contact and really helped me make the best choice for my property. After purchase he accommodated various changes I made to the order and worked really hard on completing the project on a very tight deadline. The installation team led by Val was equally as good. They were courteous and respectful, the work was top notch, they left my space as clean and neat as possible for a job this big. I couldnt be happier with my windows and door, and I would not think twice about having them do future projects for me. I would also not hesitate to recommend team to anyone looking to purchase new windows or/and doors.
