What was supposed to be a short, one day repair project ended up being significantly more complicated than we expected when we found asbestos under the original hardwood. Arno handled all the issues calmly, explaining possible options and how best to proceed in a manner that was safe and would lead to the most beautiful and cost effective outcome. Situations like this are always difficult, but his professionalism and expertise really helped us navigate it. Our floors look beautiful and our home is safe now.
