Yes they are pricier than home depot,or billy bob's dollar tile but it's easy to tell the difference in quality. Paul was great too. we had a very hectic reno schedule with a bunch of last minute jams that Paul was able to help us out with. We had to return some tiles and exchange for antoher kind late 1 saturday, but Paul was willing to help us out. They have a decent showroom too for you to get ideas from. Would gladly buy from them again for future projects.

Excellent established family run business. The wife frontlines all the calls and greets you in the shop and dispatches the husband out for repairs. He is very trustworthy and honest, you never have to worry about overpaying or paying for repairs you dont need. Always on time and i've never had a cancelled appointment yet. Ask around the local community, everyone knows Bill and Sylvia. They always win the annual Twassessen business award in their catergory. Keep in mind they're not just a repair shop, they also sell brand new appliances and deliver. As prices are comparable to the big box shops, i would highly recommend to anyone to buy from them because of the friendly reliable service.
