The wife frontlines all the calls and greets you in the shop and dispatches the husband out for repairs. He is very trustworthy and honest, you never have to worry about overpaying or paying for repairs you dont need. Always on time and i've never had a cancelled appointment yet. Ask around the local community, everyone knows Bill and Sylvia. They always win the annual Twassessen business award in their catergory.
Keep in mind they're not just a repair shop, they also sell brand new appliances and deliver. As prices are comparable to the big box shops, i would highly recommend to anyone to buy from them because of the friendly reliable service.
