In the past year, our family has hired The Mold Guy on two occasions to inspect a couple of concerning areas. Both times we were reassured to find out that the areas were not mould - just efflorescence on a wall adjacent to a window in my daughter's home, and yellow moisture spots on the ceiling of our upstairs washroom. Russ had already kindly lent his expertise and reassurance via pictures, but we decided to have someone inspect in person after finding some additional spots. We were almost prepared to list our parents' Scarborough home, but had lingering concerns about the presence of asbestos tile in the basement.
