We had Aetna in to pre-treat a house that we were "gut-renovating". Money well spent when you can treat the actual soil before putting a new basement floor in. They showed up on time, were courteous, and did a great job! Thanks Richard!!

I want to recommend Frank at Caplan's appliances. He helped me select appliances for an owner's suite and a 1 bedroom apartment. He went out of his way to make sure I got every discount and promotion available. His knowledge of all of the appliances was exceptional. All told I purchased 15 appliances. Very happy with timeliness of delivery and the excellent service all round. A very good consumer experience!

We are completely renovating a 2nd Empire Victorian home. The brick on the front of the house was badly damaged and could not be saved. Marc responded quickly with a quote for the job, including heritage bricks, proper mortar, and a well experienced bricklayer (Moses). Our house is in a row of 5 and it was vital that the brickwork pattern be the same as on the other 4 houses. Moses did a great job of matching the pattern. We are very happy with the result!!

We had problems with water backing up into our basement due to tree roots having invaded the old clay sewer pipes. Joe showed up on time, thoroughly investigated the problem and gave us a solution for that problem. He also contacted the city, had the inspector show up, and helped process the paperwork so that we got the rebate from the city for part of the work. All in all, a great job with a great ending!

Avonlea helped us re-design our kitchen and bathroom, and then did all the work to put the new rooms in place. They did an excellent job and provided great follow-up attention as well. We are very happy with the work and would recommend their services!

I had 3 dining room chairs that needed re-gluing. One was actually broken and had to be re-dowelled. Tom did excellent work! We had the chairs back, ready to put back into service in about 3 days. Very pleased!!
